Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift | No Nights or Weekends
Salary: $43,000 – $50,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for Certified Infant Teachers

Your Role as a Teacher
As a Teacher at The Goddard School, you will:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Foster children's cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development
- Build strong relationships with children and their families
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and team members
- Collaborate with faculty to maintain a well-run, cohesive program
- Uphold health and safety standards and respond promptly to emergencies
- Approach each day with a positive attitude and team spirit
Qualifications
- EEC Teacher Certification (required for sign-on bonus)
- If not yet certified, training and assistance toward certification will be provided
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Education (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); further education preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet state and national licensing requirements
